What Is IVY?
IVY is a comprehensive medical school interview preparation platform built by a physician, for pre-med students. Developed by Infinity IVY Consulting, IVY gives every applicant — regardless of budget or access to coaching — a complete, structured system to prepare for any kind of medical school interview or MMI (mini medical interview) and med school application.
The platform is built around proprietary frameworks developed from real evaluator experience.
All frameworks are validated against the national core competencies for matriculating medical students — the same framework that guides what medical schools are looking for.
What Is the IVY Campus Ambassador Program?
The IVY Campus Ambassador Program is a national student leadership initiative launching for the 2026–2027 academic year. Ambassadors are pre-med students who believe in the mission of democratizing interview preparation — and who want to bring that mission to life on their own campuses.
As an IVY Campus Ambassador Fellow, you will be the bridge between IVY and the pre-med students at your institution. You will host events, build community, spread the word, and help your peers walk into interview season prepared — using every tool Infinity IVY Consulting provides you.
Ambassador Responsibilities
IVY Campus Ambassadors are expected to represent IVY with authenticity and consistency. Responsibilities fall into three pillars:
1. Spread the Word
Ambassadors actively promote IVY within their pre-med networks and beyond:
Share IVY in pre-med clubs, pre-health organizations, and student group chats (GroupMe, Discord, WhatsApp)
Post on personal social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) about IVY features, tips, and your own experience using the platform
Share IVY in university forums, Reddit threads, and pre-med Discord servers
Use your ambassador referral link so every sign-up is tracked to you
2. Host Campus Events
Ambassadors lead live practice sessions for their peers. All event tools, materials, and frameworks are provided by Infinity IVY Consulting. Events include:
Mock Interview Practice Sessions
Full traditional panel-style interview simulations using PRISM™ Framework
Paired or small-group practice with structured feedback
MMI Speed Rounds
Timed MMI circuits using the VARED™ Framework
Multiple scenarios, rapid rotations, post-round debrief
Story Practice Nights
Using the Infinity Story Bank™ method to excavate and refine personal narratives
Help peers map their stories across 20 interview categories
Interview Anxiety Workshops
Evidence-informed techniques to manage nerves and build confidence
Frameworks for grounding, preparation routines, and mindset
3. Build Community
Ambassadors are connectors. You will:
Create or grow a pre-med interview prep community on your campus
Invite fellow pre-med students to IVY and help them get started on the platform
Collaborate with your pre-health advisor or pre-med committee to co-host events
Connect with the broader IVY Ambassador network across other institutions
Who Should Apply
The IVY Campus Ambassador Program is designed for pre-med students who:
Are currently enrolled at a college or university, post-bacc, or special masters program
Are passionate about helping fellow pre-med students succeed
Have or want to build leadership experience in the pre-med space
Are active in pre-med clubs, student organizations, or medical professions communities
Want a meaningful, credential-worthy experience beyond shadowing and volunteering
You do not need to have interview experience yet. You do not need to be a senior or have applied to medical school. If you care about your pre-med community and want to make a difference, IVY was built with you in mind.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is IVY really free for Ambassadors?
Yes. Every accepted IVY Campus Ambassador Fellow receives full lifetime access to the IVY platform at no cost.
What does “lifetime access” mean?
Lifetime access means your account is yours permanently — not just for the duration of your ambassador term. Even after you complete the program and go on to medical school, your IVY access remains active.
Do I need to be in a pre-med club to apply?
No. While being involved in pre-med organizations helps, it is not a requirement. Ambassadors build their own communities. You may be the person who starts something on your campus.
How do applications work?
Applications are on a rolling basis. Great fits will be selected for each school or program. Depending on the size of your school or program, multiple ambassadors may be chosen.
Can I share the Ambassador Program with a friend?
Yes — and we encourage it. If a fellow pre-med student would be a great ambassador, pass along this document or have them reach out directly. Each campus may have multiple ambassadors.
What if I have questions during the program?
The IVY team provides dedicated support throughout the academic year. You will have a direct point of contact and access to the ambassador cohort community.
