Duties:

  • Review and elevate medical school, residency, and fellowship applications (personal statements, CVs, LOR strategies)

  • Conduct mock interviews with feedback on performance, behavioral questions, and program-specific positioning

  • Advise on BS/MD/DO applications, research alignment, leadership opportunities, and extracurricular optimization

  • Provide strategic guidance on specialty selection, USMLE preparation, residency competitiveness, and long-term career trajectories

Ideal Candidates:

  • MD/DO with at least 3 years residency training in any field of medicine or dentistry

  • MBA/MPH/EdM or equivalent advanced degree a plus

Research Advisors - Multiple Positions

Duties

  • Lead students/applicants through full research lifecycle: topic selection, literature reviews, study design, data collection/analysis

  • Guide qualitative (interviews, thematic analysis) and quantitative (surveys, stats, meta-analysis) projects to publication-ready manuscripts

  • Coach on op-ed writing, journal selection, peer review responses, and submission strategies

  • Advise on conference abstracts, posters, and oral presentations (abstract writing, selection process)

  • Support students from research inception through publication and presentation success

Ideal Candidates
